How do we place out an order?

1. 1.You choose the items that you like,and send us the order details via email（sales@hyxti.com）.

2. 2.We quote you our best prices.

3. 3.We issue Proforma Invoice to you to confirm the order when both parties agree on the prices and terms.

4. 4.You transfer 30% deposit by T/T to our company account or Paypal account.

5. 5.We start production immediately after we get the deposit.

6. 6.We take photos and e-mail to you for your confirmation when the orders get finished.

7. 7.You transfer the 70% balance payment after you confirm the products no problem.

8. 8.We ship the products after we receive the balance payment.

9. 9.After shipment, we send the required shipping documents for your customs clearance purpose.

10. 10.You pick up the package from the express company.

Can we order some samples before we place batch order?

Yes,you can order samples to check the quality first.We will consider charging sample fees or not according to actual condition.

Do you accept OEM and custom order ?

Of course,any types of OEM and custom orders are welcomed, just send us the drawing or our team can design it for you.We will send you samples if we both agree on the details. 

What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

It depends on the product,just feel free to contact us,we will try our best to meet your requirement.

If it is stock product, it can be any quantity. 

Payment Terms :

We accept the following payment terms:

1. Paypal Payment

2. T/T: Telegraphic Transfer(wire transfer), 30% deposit,balance before shipment.

3. L/C At Sight: Letter of Credit. (For order over US$30,000)

Shipment and Cost:

It depends on customers’ requirement and the quantity of the order. 

Usually we ship the products by International express(DHL,Fedex,EMS etc),by Air to Airport or  By sea. 

the shipping cost It mainly depends on weight, volume, packing size and destination port.

Packing:

After being tested,the qualified products will be packed with foam paper as inside,carton box or wooden case as outside.

Lead Time:

It depends on your ordering quantity.We ensure that we can finished delivery on time as agreed.

Complaint:

1.If you have any complaint, just feel free to let us know,we will try our best to improve it.

2.Compensation of damaged or defect item

It may cause damaged or defect only during shipment,we will tried our best to avoid this during the packing. BUT if this happened, just feel free to let us know. Please send us photos of the damage item. If possible,please kindly send some pieces back for us to check.We’ll be responsible for those damaged products and sure will send you the free replacement or deduct it from next order amount.

May be we are not the best supplier in china, may be we are not cheapest price in china.
